The Higashimurayama Plant manufactures pumps, water conditioning systems, and measuring equipment for the Industrial Division.
Here we develop, design, and produce a variety of special-purpose pumps meeting the diverse needs of customers, including non-seal pumps (leak-free canned motor centrifugal pumps). Recent upgrades to our production system and installation of larger equipment are enabling us to meet the growing need for large-scale pumps.
We also develop, design, and manufacture water conditioning systems for thermal and nuclear power plants, as well as isostatic pressing equipment essential to the production of laminated electronic components used in cellular phones and household appliances. Another area of development is effluent recycling systems for industrial effluent and waste products.
Even as we continue to build on our existing technologies as core, we always strive for flexibility to think outside the box as we take on the challenge of new technological development. To ensure the stable supply of quality products, we emphasize in-company education, including programs in which senior employees train and instruct newer employees. As a supplier of products for nuclear power plants, we understand the critical importance of quality. This same insistence on quality goes into creating outstanding solutions for customers.

The Shizuoka Plant includes the Shizuoka Medical Factory, which manufactures a range of medical equipment devices for the Medical Division, and the Aerospace Products Factory, which manufactures products for the Aerospace Division.
The Shizuoka Medical Factory develops, designs, and produces hemodialysis that circulate and purify blood outside a patient's body. This factory also manufactures the blood glucose controllers, which continuously measure and control blood glucose level. While production factories for the blood tubing lines are located in Vietnam and Thailand, department of design and quality control are located in Shizuoka. To ensure a constant supply of high-quality parts, Nikkiso manufactures the majority of important components needed for these medical devices in-house.
In addition to the plant's efforts to improve profitability by developing human resources with a wide range of skills. Technical Support Department was established for customers' technical needs. This department promotes close cooperation of sales departments and service departments, and embraces customers' feedback for new product development.
At the Aerospace Products Factory, we develop, design, and manufacture Cascade, the thrust reverser component for commercial aircrafts, as well as other carbon fiber-reinforced plastic products.

The Kanazawa Plant manufactures pharmaceutical products and medical disposables for the Medical Division.
Main products are the dialyzer with Nikkiso's proprietary PEPA membrane and dialysate powder using various equipments specifically designed and developed by ourselves for high quality and high value-added products.
With polymer molding and processing technologies for dialyzers and with granulation technology and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for powder dialysate, we operate automated production line in clean rooms 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. As one of the centers of medical related products, Kanazawa Plant plays significant roles in the Nikkiso group.
