Hydrothermal Synthesis Reaction System

The Nikkiso hydrothermal synthesis system is used for studying the synthesis reaction of various substances, particularly ceramics, in supercritical fluids in a high-temperature, high pressure environment.
The temperature of the pressure vessel is raised using an electrical furnace to generate pressure. We now have more than 40 years of manufacturing experience in this area.
Applications
- Ceramic synthesis reaction experiments
- Experiments to investigate hydrothermal synthesis of crystals
- Experiments to investigate hydrothermal synthesis of materials
- Experiments to investigate manufacturing emeralds, sapphires, garnets, rutiles, and artificial precious stones
- Experiments to investigate the manufacture of electronic materials
