Our chemical injection system is designed to inject chemicals to adjust the quality of water at the boiler plant. It minimizes corrosion in the boiler plant and maximizes the plant's lifecycle.
Nikkiso’s chemical injection system automatically controls the volume of chemicals according to the quality of water at the plant. In addition, the system injects the chemicals using the highly reliable metering pump.

- Automatic steam/water quality control is available with the sampling system.
(not only during operation but also at plant startup and shutdown) - An automatic chemical dissolver or diluter is available---operators do not need to handle hazardous chemicals when dissolving or diluting them.

Market
Design considerations
A chemical injection pump must have a high pump head and excellent discharge accuracy. We employ our own highly reliable pump in our chemical injection skid. The system is also designed to promote ease of operation and maintenance, as well as resistance to corrosion.
