Sampling System

Sampling System extracts the samples of high-temperature and high pressure from the various points of entire cycle of the plant, and analyzes their qualities and supplies grab samples for manual analysis. Sampling Systems are operated in coordination with the plant operation.

Oxygen Injection System

Oxygen Injection System consists of oxygen cylinders, pressure reduction valve, oxygen flow control valve, and control panel. In some one-through boiler plant, oxygenated water treatment is used to make surface passivation of steel materials by injecting oxygen to feedwater, and restrain the corrosion of steel materials.

Chemical Feed System

Chemical Injection System consists of pumps, tanks, valves and control panel. In the one-through boiler plant, volatiles such as ammonia and hydrazine are used to keep a pH in optimum level and to remove dissolved oxygen. In addition to these two, phosphate treatment is used to remove hardness constituents in the drum type boiler plant, and combined cycle plant. Chemical Injection Systems are operated in coordination with the plant operation.

Condenser Leakage Monitoring System

Design for early detection of leakage points of the condenser leakage. NIKKISO improved sensitivity with Electrical Cation Exchanger, or Degasser for Cation Conductivity Measurement, which are originally designed.
