Conventionally, the workpieces (ceramic capacitor and so on) treated using a warm laminator (hereafter, WL) were set in place by a worker, sheet by sheet, in a basket hung at the upper lid of the WL.
However, as the setting work is conducted under high temperature conditions and involves the carriage of heavy objects, there have been increasing requests from our customers to improve this system.
For this reason, we have developed and produced an automatic work conveyer (hereafter, the equipment) to improve the work environment where work setting takes place and to also enhance work efficiency.
The equipment has a preheating mechanism placed therein and alternately operates two baskets to reduce the work removal/setting time and the preheating time and greatly enhance work efficiency.
We plan to vigorously promote the equipment as pre- and post-WL equipment or as a unit product with the WL in the future.
