Refrigerated Air Dryer
- PCM super-energy saving refrigerated air dryer (cool storage air-cooled type)
- FLEX refrigerated air dryer (air-cooled type for low/medium flow)
PCM super-energy saving refrigerated air dryer (cool storage air-cooled type)
Breakthrough super-energy-saving refrigerated air dryers. This system eliminates loss during heat exchange from the refrigerant to the compressed air to minimize operation of the built-in compressor.
Features
- Accumulating heat temporarily in the latent heat thermal storage agent (PCM) leads to long-term cold insulation and significantly reduces unnecessary cooling. No loss in heat exchange.
- The system stops the internal compressor according to the internal temperature, eliminating excessive cooling.
- Built-in no air loss drain.
Operational principles
High energy saving

FLEX refrigerated air dryer (air-cooled type for low/medium flow)
A number of FLEX refrigerated air dryers are used widely around the world as general dryers for compressed air.
Features
- Adopts a stainless plate heat exchanger
- Adaptable to the inlet air temperature up to 65°C
